SEPTAL INFARCT

The electrocardiographic hallmark of an septal infarct is the presence of pathologic Q waves in the septal leads. A pathological Q wave is a box wide.
The septal leads are V1 - V2.

ECG Criteria:
1. Pathologic Q waves in leads V1 AND V2.
